"Becky is absolutely fantastic and very understanding with a dose of patients. I really do appreciate her. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I feel confident about them being my insurance team, they even took over my mortage coverage simple and quick. Painless. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and why. "Shh" don't tell them this buùttt. I think I'd pay them more just to stay with them because they took the time to understand my unique request and even asked those weird questions like "why?" They are a team I would appreciate working with and that says alot about Gregg as well. I'd definitely work for that guy and I haven't even met him. Only because Becky and I handled my needs over the phone and email. It was convenient for me. It was a process that took some detailed work and lots of questions from. my side and their side. I really appreciate the integrity and they are not affraid to talk about the things getting in the way of the process. They are very outgoing and friendly. Yet not affraid to do business either. I went from a nightmare situation with a different agency to a great experience to start with. They couldn not get me the price I expected; however like I said they were very clear and explained the state regulations and standards which the old agency wouldn't even call me. I have the same coverage at almost half the price. I love the communication they are dedicated to. Things we hate dealing with: taxes and insurance which neither we have the choice to have or not, so why not make it as easy as possible right? Communication is key in this business."
